Country Manager USD 3000 - 5000 per month Jakarta Raya, Jawa Timur
Responsibilities:
An established principle US based paint man ufacturer major in industrial finishes and architectural coatings.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will act as number 1 person in the country to lead the companys business expansion in wood coatings industry. You will be involved not only in developing business strategy to grow revenue but also to analyze, plan and strategize maximize growth of market share. The role will require you to build and maintain effective communication channel between sales management and other department to ensure smooth execution of business plans. You are required to be responsible to work with distributor to leverage existing business relationship and creating new business relationships by identifying new distributor channel and also increasing volume of sales through direct sales to industries/large client where appropriate.
Requirements:
Degree in business management or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in managerial position of sales and marketing with demonstrable experience of growing successful business within the wood coatings industry.
Requires experience in marketing, sales and human resources.
Strong financial background and operational management.
Business partner approach to all business areas.
Excellent leadership, interpersonaland communication skills.
