We are a growing and progressive interiorarchitecture firm based in Surabaya, Indonesia. We have been progressing rapidly in the field of interiorarchitecture services and are constantly seeking enhancement to our design service. Therefore, we are seeking for suitable dynamic candidates to to be part of our teams for the position of:
Interior Designer Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and clients
Concepting and designing project for various styles and functions based on client's requirements and expectations
Prepare and present design visualisation
Create clear and understandable construction drawings for both internal and external uses, based on design/model created by own or other senior designers
Selecting colors, materials, finishes and accessories
Maintain client's understanding of the project by: informing, explaining and providing neccessary visual aids (pictures, sketches and drawi ngs)
Maintain sub-contractors/construction workers' understanding of the project by: informing, explaining and providing neccessary visual aids (pictures, sketches and drawings)
Supervise construction progress to ensure quality and closeness of end results with the design provided
Requirements:
Good understanding and knowledge in interior, architecture& construction
Self Motivated, Hard worker, able to work under pressure and long hours to meet deadline; while still be able to maintain our standard of quality and client's expectations
Strong sense in leadership and team work
Positive attitude and result oriented, strong communication skills with pleasant attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time
Ability to cr eate modelling using Sketchup and other popular modelling softwares
Ability to create 3D visualisation for presentation and construction guidelines
Ability to create clear and understandable construction drawing based on the chosen design/model using popular CAD drawing softwares
Good knowledge in materials and colors
Degree in Interior Design / Architecture, from reputable university is preferred
