Senior Process Engineer Karawang (Jawa Barat)
Requirements:
General Requirements:
Male, Max. 39 years old
Preferable Bachelor from Mechanical/Industrial Engineering min GPA 2.75
Preferably 3 year experience related to manufacturing environment and some supervisory experience
Good computer literate (MS Office)
Having ability to communicate in English
Specification Requirements:
Knowledge of dies, heating chamber, mechanical equipment and related .
Experience with line balancing or mass balance
Hands-on experience and ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment.
Good understanding of heat transfer systems.
Ability to organize and interpret d ata to isolate manufacturing problems and determine trends.
Ability to manage and supervise junior engineers and/or engineering technicians.
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, DOE and statistics
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
