PT Cikarang Listrindo is one of an independent Power Generation companies which are given the trust to manage some of the industry in terms of providing electricity supply.
PT Cikarang Listrindo founded in 1991 located in Cikarang, its designed as a power plantation using Gas and Steam with Combined Cycle operating system and connected to the PLN-PJB interconnection system. PT. Cikarang Listrindo are supplying industrial zones in Cikarang area , there are Jababeka I, Jababeka II, EJIP Cikarang, Lippo Cikarang, Hyundai, and MM 2100 Cibitung, with more than 1700 customers.
Now, we are seeking for talented candidates who are looking for more challenges and better future to join as part our growth for the following position:

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (Peo Dev-2)
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

Responsible to develop Power Plant Technical Competencies, run People Development Program for example : regular training and customized training, monitoring training man days requirement, make t raining weekly report to management

Requirements:

Min Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Technical Consultancy.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Power Plant business

Have a specializing in making development curriculum

Having a very good passion in Power Industries
