Human Resource and General Administration Manager in Japanese Manufacturing Company

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR department works: recruitment, contracts, welfare, payroll, etc.
• Manage general affairs, administrational and clerical works.
• Review and control office supplies and inventory.
• Making reports or other administration related works that may be required from the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and fluent English language skills.
• At least 7 years of experience in administration and general affairs including 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in managing subordinates.
• Experience in payroll management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.


< li>Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is an asset.
• Experience in establishing HR Department is an asset.
