Responsibilities:

  • Customer Promoter Coordinator will be responsible to assure close loop process of customer feedback through NPS. The incumbent will be running the implementation of NPS survey and lead implementation of project in order to provide excellent customer loyalty via NPS discipline to Holcim products, services and brands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Master Degree from any discipline.
  • Prior experience on Customer behavior and Project Management.
  • Business process understanding and proven experience for System enhancement.
  • Proficient with microsoft Office(word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent analysis, problem solving, leadership skill andstrong customer orientation minded.
