Are You Ready For 2013?

2012 have been huge forNorth Kingdom Group, we have promoted our 3rd Branch Manager, lots of people get their promotion and we have grown as a group into 80 people. It's been amazing year for our group seeing one of our branch developed into a top performing branch in South East Asia and geting ready for new clients and more massive result in upcoming years. However, we are not going to stop, we are going to expand our business bigger and better.

In 2013 we are going to open new location in Pondok Indah and we are starting residential division, and also starting new clients. We are planning to have 200 guys in 2013 and expand our business to other cities in Indonesia. We are looking to promote more Branch Managers and that is the reason why we are recruiting at the moment. We are looking for 7 enthusiastic people to join our team.

For those who haven't know about us before;North Kingdom Groupis an International sales and marketing company that affiliated to a group of 800 offices in 28 different countries. We are doing face to face marketing in different places like special events, business, shopping center, airport, and alternatives sites. We are No,1 in our industry, simply just because we are very good at it. We are a group of yourng and enthusiastic people who knows how to h ave fun and working at the same time.

TRAINING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

Entry-level stage:

Organizing business to business interactions & road-show events
To meet sales targets and performance expectations
Manage post-sales customer service & required office operations
To develop clients brands within the market place
Coordinate event sites for product campaigns

On-going development:

Conducting team meetings and manage client campaigns
Responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering commercial advertising strategies
Direct brand building activities & customer acquisition programmes
Competency in business management

Requirements:
