Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Produce project estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of development hours required, etc.
• Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy a ny progress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients.
• Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
• Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS of your choice.
• Develop innovati ve, reusable Web-based tools for activism and community building.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of PHP5, MySQL, Javascript.
• Familiar with javascript framework, preferably jQuery.
• Familiar with subversion (svn or Git).
• Experienced with C .Net and Java programming Language is ++++
• Experienced with cms wordpress/joomla is ++++
• Familiar with HTML 5 , CSS3 ++++.
• High Flexibility and meet deadlines
• Always feeling fun and challenged to work under tight schedule
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
