Responsibilities:
Handling calls from customers who have expressed a wish to close their credit card account
Requirements:
Willing to work in predetermined schedule
Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good to advanced English skills & computer literate
Target Oriented and able to work under pressure
1- 2 years of relevant sales experience
Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any major
