Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Bringing new customers to the company as set in respective target.
AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
Operation : Coordinating with other sections (e.g. business units air/ocean, finance/accounting, and operation) to meet the customers needs and expectations. Monitor and resolve queries from customers

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Responsibilities and expected outcome)
To assist Sales Person to develop 1st hand all aspects of Sales activity within the Jakarta Office
General Cargo : Assist Sales Person to develop of General Cargo Sales Air and Sea, Import and export with a priority given to freehand sales development
From time to time other priorities may be given to one area or another depending on the nature of the result that can be achieved
Positive direction / advice / with others is encouraged in terms of Sales activity / awareness and leads that can be obtained via operational contacts and managements contacts
Freedom to assist Sales Person to secure and develop business with other company Branches
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from recognized university or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in an international sea freight or air freight operation and logistic company.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
Excellent team working skills
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks

The incumbent needs to put the customer first and provides impeccable service at all times.

The incumbent spend much of its time under their its direction and must possess effective self management skills.
