We are a growing moving & international logistic company is looking for qualified candidates to be positioned.

General Affairs
Jawa Timur - Surabaya

Responsibilities:

Sourcing infrastructure needs (eg. IT equipments & facilities, office facilities, and transportation facilities)
To plan & schedule maintenance and repair for office, project facilities, inspection of the companies and projects asset, & transport facilities
To secure facilities and the company/project assets
Make a budget plan/structure and cost analyzing as well on reporting to management a nd how to shape the cost

Requirements:

Male or Female

Age maximal 35 years old

Minimum education is Bachelor degree of any major in reputable university

Having at least 5 years experience as General Affairs officer

Having excellent knowledge of legal staff/employee

Hard worker, responsible, honest

Have good communication skills

Computer literate (Min: Microsoft Office applications)
