Customer Support Technician Jakarta Raya, Bandung (Jawa Barat), Semaran g (Jawa Tengah), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Pekanbaru (Riau), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
Fast Response in Service & Repair Bestbuy Products at customer site/in Home Service
Willing to Work 6 days a week
Build customer loyalty by promptly and efficiently products services & Educate customer in use the Product
Grow the company by promoting other product to generate new revenue, service upgrades or additional services by explaining the advantages of additional products and service s
Requirements:
Male, age under 36 years
Diploma majoring in electroor Technical high schoolwith 3 5 years experiences in repair electronic stuff
Good administration skill and computer skill (Excel, word etc)
Need Interpersonal and customer service skills -the talent to effectively interact with customers, acting as a strong representative forthe company
Fluent in English is advantage
