We are currently seeking Personal Administration and Secretary.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage archiving for all company related documentations.Performing vario us administrative duties, such as payroll, tax, organizing project meetings and work order management. Able to do secretary task such as administration, filing documentations, scheduling meeting, business trip arrange etc. Good knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point.

Requirements:

  • Female.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Able to communicate and work well within a team.
  • Ability to work independently, work international, and have an assertive behavior.
