Wholesale Officer (Surabaya, Malang, Bali)
Bali, Malang (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Collect market intelligence and trend information weekly
- Assure that all activities related to WS is execute properly on ASMO level
- Train customers if necessary, with support material an d instructions from Head Office
- Develop and adhere to a well-defined work programme and route plan as agreed with the WS Excecutive
- Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and customer price of products areimplemented at customer level
- Monitor brands performance in the WS outlets (BATs and competitors)
- Build and maintain strong business relationship with MVP to move outlet from the current relationship classification to a business partner
- To have full responsibility for outlet performance via driving and executing selling out activities, consumer and customer engagement activities
- Be fully compliant with all policies, procedures, processes available in the company
- Ensure effective communication between back office and front office over trade marketing related topics
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned if they are not in contradiction with this Role Prof ile
