SHAFIRA CORPORATION, retail fashion moslem in Indonesia, looking for young professional candidates to join us in challenging positions for :

1. Responsible for planning and implementation of effective recruitment, while minimizing recruitment cost

2. Coordinating with the Learning & Organization Development, related to planning and designing talent pool and internal recruitment program

3. Coordinating with talent source, from education/ academic institution as well as other retail industries, to implement an effective recruitment program

4. Responsible for database management strategy of the candidates, durin g the recruitment process

1. Male, max. 32 years old

2. Experienced in retail business

3. Has a strong background in Human Resources with a minimum 3 years experience in handling recruitment activities for entry level to senior managerial positions

4. Has a wide networking in various industries

5. Has a remarkable computer skill, including profe ssional social media

6. Good attitude and good looking

7. Talkative and self-starter

8. Able to recite Al-Quran

9. Preferably has a psychology background/ trainer experiences
