Requirements:Responsibilities
Organization Development
- Develop and conduct change management, implement colleagues' surveys, conduct organization climate audit and other relevant surveys to understand organization capability.
- Develop on continuous basis, and/or implement the approved performance management system, monitor, evaluate its effectiveness
- Develop training and development modules and tools; engage with third party consultant of universities or regional training centers and to match development needs of talents with budget and program availability.
- Conduct staffing analysis exercise and on continuous basis evaluate talents' competencies
- Conduct Talent Management reviews
- Ensure overall business objectives and processes are effectively cascaded throughout all levels
Str ategic Partnering with Educational Institutions and HR Experts:
Partner with various associations specializing in HR and recruitment system likewise with prominent universities to develop stronger candidate data-base in order to ensure placement is maintained on a continuous basis
Policy & Procedure Communication:
Manage communication of policy & procedure updates; monitor implementation of company policy in relation with recruitment and staffing in order to ensure compliance to company policy and procedure
