Cilacap HR Operation Officer
Responsibilities: Scope of works:
High quality implementation of CLA, Policy and Procedures in the most efficient and effective way, monitored, recorded, controlled and reported HR helpdesk management in order handling complaint and feedback Employee database management f or new, post-probation, post contract and retiring employees
Requirements: Education :
S-1 degree any discipline, preferably in Psychology or management Experience :
Min 1 year current position Experience in Human Resources areas for minimum 3 years Computer literacy :
Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User Language :
Excellence of English both oral & written Other qualification / skills :
Reporting skills (Ms. Excel and Ms. Powerpoint) Think the Business Communication and Interpersonal skills Manages and Execution Analysis & Problem Solving HR Operations knowledge HR Management knowledge CLA knowledge
