Area Business Manager - Surabaya Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible to effectively leading & managing a team of Insurance Consultant (IC) in acquiring & accelerating business volume of Bancassurance products from company distribution channel partner to ensure achievement of sales target. He / She will also responsible in maintaining excellent level of customer service by leasing to our partner in order to develop & implement initiative or strategy to achieve sales volume and revenue targets.
Requirements:
We are looking for further superstar who aiming h igh to show strong performance driven as well as delivering result in high quality outcome. To be able to successfully placed in the position, you should possess strong verbal & communication skills, with willingness to listen, service, and collaborate across the function. Other requirements are listed as follow:
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any major with at least 3 years working experience in sales / relationship role. Preferably possess life insurance & banking exposure.
