Re sponsibilities:

• This position is a SENIOR MANAGER role and reporting to EVP HR
• This position is under Corporate function
• This position will be supervising approx larges of HR Managers, Deputy Managers and Supervisor, including HR Area
• The ideal incumbent must owned advance skill in HR STRATEGIC and OPERATION
• Coverage skills: Organizational Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Reward and Compensation Benefit Strategy, and Employee Relationship
• The ideal incumbent must have exposure at Group or Holding company with min. 3,000 work forces, and priority for those who owned exposure in Retail or Distribution business

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• Preferably from RETAIL, DISTRIBUTION company
• Required skill(s): HR STRATEGIC, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, REWARD MANAGEMENT, HRIS, ORGANIZATION DEV.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least held HR Manager for 5 years, in STRATEGIC and OPERATIONAL role
• Applicants must be willing to work in JAKARTA BARAT.
• Full- Time position(s) available.
