Sales Retail Assistant Manager
Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Kawasan Industri MM 2100 Cikarang Barat

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of Sales Retail Assistant Manager are find new market in modern & traditional retail market trade, supervising sales operations, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Assist Sales Manager to monitor s ales team activities
Team oriented relationship within sales team
Maintain effective and professional relationship with the sales operation function
Provide yearly sales budget, quaterly sales forecast, monthly sales report, weekly activities, and information of market / competitor activities
Make and submit the report to the sales manager
Retain existing customers by providing prompt c ustomer services
Build and develop new customers base to maximize sales and develop new products on the region
Handle customers such as give quick response for customer complaint and sales inquiries

Requirements:

Male, maximum 35 years old

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field

Knowledge of Modern & Traditional Retail Market Trade

Minimum 5 years experiences dealing with Modern & Traditional Retail Market Trade

Have a good networking in packaging business

Good interpersonal and organizational skills, good analytical thinking, honest, hardworking, strong motivation, good communication skill and responsibility

Excellent skill in achieving sales target (volume & value) and distribution channel

Able to work team or individual, mature, and able to work under presure

Have the ability to energize others around common goals

Able to operate Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
