Responsibilities:

Set standards for how projects are run ;

Ensure project management standards are followed ;

Gathering of project data and production of information for management review ;

Source of guidance and advice for project managers ;

Managing and facilitating the portfolio management process

Requirements:

Very good communication and interpersonal skills, point 1, 2, 3 & 4 ;
Able to speak English actively,point 1, 2, 3 & 4 ;
Have more than 5 years experience on Treasury System Implementation Project, point 1, 2, 3 & 4 ;
Experience on Opics System implementation, especially in technical area of implementation, point 1, 2, 3 & 4 ;
Have a good understanding of Treasury System data migration process, point 1, 2, 3 & 4;
Have a good understanding of the Treasury System data conversion process,point 1, 2, 3 & 4;
Have a good understanding of troubleshooting Treasury System System (preferably Opics Plus & Summit system),point 1, 2, 3 & 4;
Have more than 5 years experience in Project Manager (preferably IT system upgrade implementation project), point 2 ;
Have a good kno wledge on Treasury Business, both plain vanilla & derivatives/structured product transactions, point 3 ;
Experience on Summit System (Plain Vanilla and/or Derivatives/Structured Product) including Market Risk Management Function implementation using Summit, point 3 ;
Have a good knowledge on Banking Market Risk Management, point 3 ;
Have a good knowledge on BIS requirement for Market Risk Management, point 3 ;
Have an understanding of the end to end flow of the Treasury business process, point 3 ;
