Pria
Age maximum 45 years old.
D3/S1 in Psychology.
Have minimum 5 years of experience as HRD Manager.
Understand labor laws.
Having skill in recruiting, training/trainer, appraisal, career path, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and HR Development.
Having persuasion, communication, and coordination skill with both internal and external parties.
Strong command of English is a plus.
Computer l iterate (Ms. Office Applications).
