Responsibilities:

PT HCL Technologies Indonesia is looking for HR Admin

Job description of Human Resource Department

Recruitment, training
Training by collect and update information for training course and making training plan for all staffs
Social & Medical Insurance for local staffs Payroll, Compensation & Evaluation.
Prepare and control leave form and attendance of staff
Receive comments or requests from staff and report to HR Manager.

This is more a Admin/Core HR/ISG/EHS role.

Can support with Induction, Interview organisation etc locally for Recruitment

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Ba chelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources, IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
