Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Mathematics, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): proactive cooperation attitude, result orientation, pay attention to detail, effective and efficient communication skills, understand and having di capability in implementing UU Ketenaga Kerjaan.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
