Customer Service Executive Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email or live chat
Handle and resolve customers' complaints or reported problems professional
Track and record customer enquiries, contact customers to ensure all reported are followed up and closed
Record daily customer service activities and report the issues handled and status
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma
Good communication and written skills
Customer focused and enjoys interacting with peo ple
Priority customer service working experience preferred
Gaming knowledge will be a plus
