  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email or live chat
  • Handle and resolve customers' complaints or reported problems professional
  • Track and record customer enquiries, contact customers to ensure all reported are followed up and closed
  • Record daily customer service activities and report the issues handled and status

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Customer focused and enjoys interacting with peo ple
  • Priority customer service working experience preferred
  • Gaming knowledge will be a plus
