Contact Center Supervisor Bogor (Jawa Barat) - Narogong
Responsibilities:
To plan, initiate, supervise, monitor and control the implementation and effectiveness of customer retention & relationship strategies, programs, activities and ideas that enhance and promote excellent and consistent customer experience by identifying and analysing various types of consumer behaviors through multiple sales channels in order to ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to Holcim Indonesias products, services and brands.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience of customer handling and customer relationship management
Customer Contact Center experience, especially in managing/supervising the operation.
Advance in SAP-SD Module, CRM-Service Clouds,Telephony Infrastructure and Network Engineering.
IT Literate
Excellent in English written and verbal is a must
Able to create a system and install technology that satisfies andrespond well to various customers of Holcim Indonesiaas well as to support and enable the customer care team toexecute and handle daily roles
Strong analytical, innovative, effective problem solving skill, andcustomer focus oriented
Excellent leadership and communication skill
Placement : Narogong plant and willing to work in shift system (shift I & shift II)
