Requirements:

Max 48 years old
Min Bachelor's Degree majoring in Civil Engineer / Architecture
At least 12 years experience at Developer / Contractor Company and 5 years as Technical Director at High-rise building industry
Experienced property professional with at least 10 years at senior level within the apartment
Specific Competency: Project Management and Budgeting
Excellent working knowledge of related legislation and the workings of contractors and local authorities
Proven experience in management / influencing of others, ideally with both direct and indirect reports
Evidence of comfort when in charge, with experience of leading teams successfully through business as usual and change scenarios
Experience of several mul ti site roles
Own "K3-Konstruksi" certificate Authority
General Competency: Advance in Strategic Thinking, Leadership Skills, Planning and Execution, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Business Perspective
Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality, attention to details and target oriented task master
High energy, Details oriented self-starter and well-motivated with a can do attitude
Demonstrated results in Strategic Planning & execution, Process Mapping, Problem solving and solution providing
