Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & check all jobs of cutter, preparation, steam and all kitchen helper as kitchen management.
  • Cook items as per order within the specific time according to company standard.
  • Coordinate with head chef for raw material and ingredients purchase and store requisition.
  • report any matters relating to the kitchen to the executive chef, and act as a substitute for executive chef when he is not in place

Requirements:

  • Male max. 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Min. 2 years experience in same position in international 4 or 5 hotel
  • High motivated, Full initiative and hard worker, creative & be able to conduct training
  • Interpersonal skill, out going and dynamic
  • Fluent in english both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to diligently control Food Costs
  • Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang.
