Responsibilities:
You will be responsiblefor :
Responsible for overall service and engineering departments operations for LE products, to achieve desired customer satisfaction to meet Companys and Divisions goals and objectives. Set up service policies and structure to support sales division and customers. Organise programs to transfer necessary technical knowledge to partners such as service dealers andconsultant.
Requirements:
Minimum University Graduate (Engineering Major) with 8to 10year experience in related field.
Age between 32-45
Preferably having working experience background from similar industry
Preferably to possess experience in both AC and HE products
Strong technical knowledge of ACs and HE products
Possess fundamental business acumen
Knowledge of general administration and operations
Good English communication skills.
Able to speak Japanese is advantageous
Good people handling skill
Good leadership skill withproblem analytical and solving skill
