Senior Sales Manager - Surabaya
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Country Manager & managing a centre team.
  • Overall responsibility for the sales and operations of a business centre
  • Sales focused, over achieving revenue targets through selling offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, membership cards and video conferencing.
  • Proactively generate leads & manage the entire sales cycle from leads to negotiation to closing deals
  • Leads the centre team in delivering wow customer service

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with a minimum of8-10 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven sales success through direct sales in a fast paced B2B sales environment
  • Outstanding commercial acumen with excellent customer service attitude
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to network at senior levels & build strong business relationships
  • Good command of spoken & written English & local language
  • Experience in commercial real estate / hospitality will be a definite advantage
