Responsibilities:

• Advise and manage on a diverse range of strategic and operational issues which will include redundancy, complex disciplinary and grievance issues, employee tribunals and complex change management issues.
• Supervise Office administration to make sure all office operations run smoothly; office administration will include but not be limited to: paperwork, safety, security, access door system, office equipment, etc.
• Taking part of People developmen program, including but not limited to: training, assessment, competency development
• Keeping good relation with employees, taking care of their morale and motivation, solving their concerns and issues. Reporting foreseen possible problems to upper management for proper solutions and directions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): organisational development, people development, Training Presentation.
• Required language(s): English (must), Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kemang.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equiv alent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
