We are a global leading food and beverage company that manufactures and markets instant beverage products, frozen convenience food, confectionery and snack food. We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to undertake the following position in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Sales Operation Manager Jawa Timur
Responsibilities:
Achieve top line sales, growth and account penetration for our brands through strategic business plan.
Monitor progress by reviewing sales performance, gross profit margins, targets, account receivables and taking corrective actions when required to put business on track.
Conduct periodic business review with management.
Develop an effective inventory management system to ensure optimal stock holdings
Develop robust processes in pricing management and competitiv e price update
Ensure an efficient customer service support in terms of customer delivery and service level.
Drive sales and brand visibility through maximizing A&P funds.
Manage, identify and develop the sales team through KPIs to achieve company goals and objectives
Day to day operations with reviewing of work flows and processes to improve operational and cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
A degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent with a minimum of 8 ye ars relevant working experience in FMCG/F&B.
Good contacts and understanding of Indonesia market is strongly preferred.
To be in this role, we are looking for candidates with strong management skills with good analytical and strategic mindset, to lead and motivate the sales team, a good team player with high learning agility, excellent business acumen and communication skills.
Travelling is required.
