Responsibilities:
Rabo High Flyer Program is a long term yet progressive career program to management level with comprehensive 18 months program that will provide high potentials the opportunity to have hands on experience on critical aspects of businesses, comprehensive training program and exposu re to senior management. Upon completion of the 18 month program, the high potentials will experience continuous fast track program until reaching to their highest potentials up to senior management level.
Requirements:
A minimum master degree graduates in any subject from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
Has 1 - 2 years working experience would be an advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
Has strong interest and passionate in building career as future business leader in banking industr y
Soft skills:
Smart and detail oriented
Able to work in a tight schedule with minimum supervision
Excellent communication and presentation ability
Demonstrate leadership potential and team work spirit
