Senior Market Analyst - Research

Asia Pacific leading technology market research provider is growing rapidly, hence we are see king individuals for newly created roles to be based in Indonesia.

The successful incumbent will focus onSoftware, Telecommunications, Client Devices, IT Services or Imaging, Document & Printing Solutionsdepending on exposure and expertise.

You will develop IDC's expertise and position as a leading authority in the respective market within these countries. This expertise will be used by IDC's customers to gain insight into market dynamics, growth potential and the competitive landscape , and will be delivered in the form of clearly articulated research deliverables and client presentations. Your scope of work will include the following:

Direct contributions as an analyst, via primary analysis and report writing
Provide support to regional and global consulting or custom research projects
Conduct interviews and gather information resourcefully from vendors
Analyze data and articulate insights in documented or presentation forms to audience and clients

The successful candidate should be self-motivated, able to adjust to rapidly changing workloads, and be able to work both independently, and as a team. Inquisitive individuals with problem-solving skills will also fare well in this environment.

Minimum 4 -5 years job experience will be an advantage, or have strong interest in market research
Those with exposure or expertise inmarket research, Software, Telecommunications, Client Devices, IT Services, Imaging, Document & Printing Solutionsare highly advantageous
Minimum degree holder
Must be numerically-inclined and extremely comfortable in a data intensive role
Good written and verbal skills in English
Excel in executing in an orderly, organized and structured fashion
Able to multi-task and have a strong capability to meet demanding timelines and customer expectations
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with the ability to learn and master new areas quickly
MS Excel and PowerPoint advanced level and SPSS intermediate level experience preferred
