Internal Sales Representative Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - Jababeka 2, Jl. Industri Utama
Responsibilities:
The Internal Sales Representative plays a key role in both back- as front office sales. He/she answers to all customer requests by phone, fax and/or e-mail, both direct by customers as well as indirect through the external sales. Reporting to Sales Manager, she/he will work in a challenging and competitive environment, using his/her communication skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction to secure orders. This role involves taking ownership of jobs from initial quote to order entry. Cooperation is very important and with the teamplayer mentality. He/She needs to know how to work with an ERP system, preferably also know the Hyva products and understand the price levels of those products in order to ensure that Hyva continues to be recognized as the preferred supplier for transport solutions.
Daily Quotations providing accurate quotations following the demands, according company policy;
Communicate costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales (in good cooperation with the Sales Manager;
Processing internal orders to be given to logistics for order entry;
Dealing with delivery orders, invoices, tax invoices
Chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders.
Act as the first point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests and complaints.
maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
gathering market and customer information;
Eventually representing the Hyva company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
recording sales and order information and entering into a computer system;
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
feeding future buying trends back to employers
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): baan accounting system, Erp.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. English is a must.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (optional)
Applicants must be willing to work in Jababeka 2,Jl. Industri Utama.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
