Responsibilities:
Purpose of the function:
To ensure the HRD activities are align ed with the companys strategy. Develop, implement, maintain and improve the full HRD spectrum of tools and policies relevant in the companys situation, including company regulation, personnel administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, training and development, employee communications and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure, evaluate, improve and control the timely and accurate execution of the companys personnel administration (e.g. overtime, absenteeism) and payroll.
Developing, implementing and maintaining a company regulation which should provide clear guidelines to the employees as well as internal policies to support the execution of HR practices (overtime policy, etc).
Must have strong experience in Industrial Relation
Must have experience in handling shopfloor labour employees
Evaluate and analyze C&B (internal & market) practice, keep abreast with reward market trend and government regulation, provide advice to management.
Execution of recruitment activities, either done in-house or outsourced, based on clearly defined search profiles, and executed in a timely manner.
Develop, implement, maintain and improve adequate performance appraisal and performance management systems, to ensure that employees will give an optimal contribution to the companies objectives.
Defining and executing training and development programs related to improvement of competences needed by the employees based on a training needs analysis to achieve the companys strategy.
Develop and maintain good relationships with internal (e.g union) and external (e.g Desnaker) parties, relevant for an adequate execution of the HRD responsibilities.
To achieve department quality objective.
Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
Education:
University Degree (S1 or equivalent) in any relevant field (HR Management and Masters degree would be an advantage)
Experience:
At least 7 years experience in broad spectrum of HR Management, 3 years of which is in middle or senior managerial capacity
