HR Manager (Based in Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

HR Manager
5 day work week

Our client is an established firm and since expanded its expertise to wide variety of commodities and other various diversified business. As they plan for further growth, they would like an experienced HR Manager to join their team and take charge of their workforce needs in Indonesia

Responsible for full spectrum HR functions

Standardize employee corporate policy & procedures

Manage all office administrative matters and regulatory compliance

Plan organizational development and suggest systems improvement

Requirements:

Degree qualified

At least 8-10 years of HR background with at least 3-5years in a managerial role

Knowledge of latest local legislations is essential

Preferably a keen eye for detail, positive attitude and good communication skill
