Training & Development Specialist Jawa Barat - Cibitung - MM2100 Industrial Estate
Responsibilities:
Provide Training Need Analysis
Provide analysis of return of training investment
Liaise all departments in training activities & training evaluation
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Required skill(s):Training & Development, Presentations & Communication Skill.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung.
