APICALs refineries are located in Jakarta Utara (KBN Marunda) with a capacity of 1,000 MT/day, Dumai (Riau Sumatera) with a capacity of 3,000 MT/day, Tanjung Balai (Sumatera) with a capacity 325 MT/day. Training and Development Coordinator Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Marunda
Responsibilities:
Identify Training and Development needs within the organization
Responsible for Training Analysis
Create and Develop Training Modules Conduct,
Organize and Facilitate Training for soft skills and hard skills
Control and Improve Training Evaluation
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Marunda.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or preferably Training and Development
Full-Time position(s) available.
