Responsibilities:

Conduct training to sales person on their strengths and weaknesses and identify their training needs to tailor training course accordingly.

Provide professional and personalized advice to individual customers

Promote beauty product (skincare, make up, hair product) and achieving sales targets

Perform product demonstration on product usage

Requirements:

Posses Degree or Diploma in any fields.
Preferably female with 3-5 years related working experience.
Excellent command & writing in Bahasa and English.
Experienced in conducting training independently with good com munication and presentation skills.
Have related experienced in beauty industries added advantages.
Pleasant, well-grooms and passionate
Able to travel
