Senior Business Development Manager USD 6000 - 8000 +Bonus + Allowances Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Senior Leadership Team to develop and drive growth initiatives acro ss all Business Units, including expansion into new markets and new product offerings, and development of vertical market growth strategies.
Develop and implement annual strategic and operating plans.
Provide support, leadership, strategic and analytical insight, in the areas of strategy, analysis, business development, financial assessment and best practices.
Develop additional businesses and product opportunities through new and various alliances.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineeri ng. MBA is highly desirable.
At least 12 years working experience in Strategic Business Development managerial role, within Multinational environment in the Aerospace / Aviation industry.
Strong track record in strategic business development, as well as implementation and execution of growth initiatives.
In depth understanding and working experience with Indonesia Government projects is highly advantageous.
Excellent negotiation skill, coupled with immaculate interpersonal and communication skill.
Demonstrate strong leadership, vision and business acumen.
