Product Marketing Manager Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya) - Tanjung Duren
Responsibilities:
Product Market ing Manager will focus on new product development including conducting thorough research and developing marketing strategy. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Product Marketing Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met by the company.
The Marketing and Product Manager reports to the PM of Strategic Accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating brand awaraness of new products
< span style="font-family: georgia,serif;">Conducting market research and marketing analysis.
Developing and executing marketing plan based on company needs within the assigned budget.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with customers.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and criti cal milestones for a one and three-year period.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Achieves assigned marketing plan and sales quota in designated strategic
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standard.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
Reports to the PM Of Strategic Accounts
Enlists the support of brand marketing specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
Wo rks closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities in specific customers
Requirements:
Four year college degree from an accredited institution, preferable in Marketing, Commerce, IT, Computer Science.
Minimum 3 years of marketing/sales/product management experience, especially in IT/Electronic industry
Enthusiasm in PC Gaming and IT industry
Candidate with hobby in gaming and high-tech technology would be an advantage
Able to speak and write in English fluently (Active)
Able to work independently and under pressure
Honest, detail oriented, and team player
Candidate who domicile in WEST JAKARTA are preferable
