Organization Development Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain talent management system through competency management, people development and performance management
- Update and maintain organization structure as well as job description
- Conduct job evaluation to review current grading sy stem
- Update, recommend and revise policy reflective of current industry practices
- Conduct Training Need Analysis and formulate yearly training and development program
- Ensuring implementation of knowledge management and develop learning culture in organization
- Develop assessment center and other initiatives to ensure people are developed and competent
- Co-ordinate and Drive Transformation Initiatives
- Develop and implement communication strategy and plan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Managerial level
- Conversant with competency management system and assessment t ools
- Proactive, outgoing and open personalities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Good communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic & hands-on person, pleasant personality and able to interact well with employees of different levels
- Motivate and inspire others, demonstrate commitments to organization goals
- Confident, integrity, able to adhere to the principles of confidentiality
- Able to interact with all levels of employees
- Possess good ability to work under pressure in a highly fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
