Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve policies, processes and methodology to evaluate and qualify suppliers< /li>
• Prepare procurement data for government audit, supplier audit, international audit
• Determine list of suppliers to qualify and manage based on inputs from relevant functions
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers, develop list of preferred suppliers
• Follow up and resolve supplier issues based on inputs / request from relevant funtions
• Identify opportunities to develop suppliers
• Develop capabilities / long term partnership with suppliers to meet operation needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 8-10 years experience in Procurement, preferably in Agribusiness (Oil Palm) industry
• Good command of English
