Admin Specialist
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Mencatat surat masuk dan mendistribusikan ke yang bersangkutan
• Membuat Tracing PO.
• Mengangkat telepon masuk.
• Membuat surat menyurat (pembuatan rekening, surat jalan laptop, surat pernyataan)
• Mengirim dokumen via Pos atau JNE
• Membuat ID card
• Rekonsiliasi data untuk Jamsostek

Requirements:

• Kandidat minimum SMA / SMK
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun pada bidangnya
• Cekatan dan Teliti
• Mau ditem patan daerah Jakrta Barat
