As Project liaison team leader, the incumbent is responsible for management of flag project to increase our share and to monitor complaint handling to provide customers with agreed service level.
Another responsibilites are leading on team development and also to provide accurate and timely management report and visual management.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
Preferably 2 years experience in Cement, Concrete, and high rise construction or 2 years experience of managing Batching Plant Operation/ Customer Service & Sales in construction industry
Proficient with Ms.Office, SAP SD & CDS, Lotus notes andInternet will be advantage
Good command of spoken & written english
Other qualification / skill :
Strong analytical, innovative, effective problem solving skill,and customer focus oriented.
Excellent communication skill - Good listener who isable to adjust to individual communication styles andpartners, convincing and powerful assertiveness,good negotiation and consulting abilities
Basic mapping area knowledge (location, plant location,Competitor plant etc)
Good interpersonal skill, ability to create and maintaineffective coordination with other related department as well as
maintain relationship with all level of staff at jobsite
Willing to travel within Indonesia
Own driving license
