The employer of this position is one of the leading Japanese producers of confectionery. They have newly established office in Indonesia and planning to expand business in Indonesia. The company office is located in Sudirman, Jakarta.

Office Manager in a Japanese FMCG Company
IDR 4000000 - 5000000 (including allowance)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Presently, newly established office in Indonesia employs several personal. In the near future the company plans to expand the team up to 50 people. Successful candidate will be required to handle various tasks related to managing office, GA and HR related tasks. Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing Human Resources functions covering staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance and other administrative tasks.
  • Managing general affairs and clerical works.
  • Managing pitty cash and handle invoices.
  • Reviewing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Supporting management by making travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Being first point of contact from the company side and assuring communications with local organizations, authorities and other relevant bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience with HR works, administration and general affairs.
  • Experience in assisting recruitment, making employment contracts and related documentations.
  • Experience in office maintenance (inventory control, procurement, etc.).
  • Readiness and ability to handle multiple tasks which may include secreterial tasks and others.
  • Some basic accounting knowledge (pitty cash, etc)
